Congratulations!   On August ,2023, we finished our Chocolate Coating Production Line in our workshop , which is ordered by our Algeria customer.   Description:   Sugar Coating Machine This machine is mainly used for makingpellet, coating film on tablets. Congratulations!   On January,2023, we finished our Peanut Butter Production Line with Capacity of 1500kg/h in our workshop , which is ordered by our Colombia customer.   On June of 2023 , this Peanut Butter Production Line will be installed in customer's workshop.   Our Enginner has applied for the visa to Colombia.          Description:   Automatic Peanut Butter Production Line is used to produce peanut butter in factories. It mean factory high-quality equirement for peanut butter production. This peanut butter production line mainly includes a peanut roaster machine, peanut peeling machine, peanut butter grinder and peanut flling machine.   Peanut butter production line is made up of rotating tooth, still tooth, impeller, drive motor, etc. Concentrate the performance of homogenizers, grinding machine, mixer, and other machinery and performance in one, with the advantages of compact structure and fine grinding. Peanut will be processed with high temperature baking, peeling, grinding into original peanut butter, add stabilizer to make stable type peanut butter, add flavor material to make peanut butter flavor, it is the ideal equipment for peanut butter processing.     Processing:   1. Roasting: batch roaster's working temperature is 200-210 0C, 20-30minutes. use batch roaster will bake some delicious smells. 2. Cooling: Peanut will be send cooling belt to cool. 3. Peeling: Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, the double rollers will frication the red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted and un-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical. (It is matched with manual type conveyor in the quotation) 4. Grinding: Using steel grinder to make the first grinding;Using colloid grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C. 5. Cooling Mixing: make the butter more homogeneous and the butter through second grinding should be cooled immediately. The temperature should go down 45C. 6. Vacuum: Short time storage and remove the bubble in the butter. 7. Congratulations!   On the end of Nov,2022, we finished our Continuous Nuts Roaster with Capacity of 2000kg/h in our workshop , which is ordered by our Colombia customer.     On the Beginning of 2023, this Continuous Nuts Roaster will be installed in customer's workshop.       Description:   The Continuous nut roaster has been designed in order to meet all the remarkable requirements existing in the dry fruit/nut roasting. In fact the roaster is particular suitable for a wide range of products such as peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet patato and so on. The stainless steel construction allows also the processing of wet and salted products. The roasting is carried out by forced air process and this permits to obtain a plain and homogeneous product. The roaster is divided in three different sections, including feeding section, roasting section and cooling section. By increase or decrease the roasting sections, we can achieve different produce capacity. The product passes though all the sections transported by a conveyor belt. The heating plant operated with gaseous fuels; natural gas LPG and others; it provide with safety systems so to make the roaster working absolutely safe.   The roaster is provided with a PLC control board which allows a quick and easy adjustment of the various processing parameters; the switchboard is equipped with a system of recording the various processing parameters; the recording of these parameters is visible in any moment and permits to examine and evaluate the roasting along the whole processing.   The roaster provides equal heating and even forced hot air distribution; adopt alternate heating both from bottom and top.
