※Description:

Automatic coating and powder coating system is suitable for coating and powder coating of various nuts, beans, peanuts and other granular foodstuffs, with PLC control, customizable process parameters and one-key operation: automatic powder and liquid feeding, timing and quantification, closed operation, hygiene and safety, coating products of uniform quality and thickness.

The raw material barrel is equipped with quantitative device, and the uniquely designed powder and liquid feeding system can accurately implement quantitative supply according to the process requirements to meet the different needs of customers. The liquid filling is equipped with constant temperature device, and the powder bin is equipped with automatic powder loading system, thus further reducing manual involvement and increasing the degree of automation.

At present, the products that have been tested and passed the test machine are: peanut, peanut flap, broad bean flap, melon seed kernel, green bean, padan nut kernel, pine nut kernel, macadamia nut kernel, cashew nut kernel, etc.
