On July, 2023, we finished our Peanut Dry Peeling Machine with Capacity of 600kg/h in our workshop , which is ordered by our South Aisa customer.

※Description:

Dry Peanut Peeling Machine RB-600 is an advanced peeling machine for milky white peanut. It has a small size and reasonable structure and it is stable and quiet.

The material goes to the peeling room from the feeing funnel automatically, Then the rubbing device peels the peanut to be white and whole kernel.

Peanuts need to be dried till moisture get 5-6% then peeling. 97% peanut are whole kernel.

This machine including 3 parts: elevator, peeler and cyclone.

※Application:

Widely used in production of fried peanut, flavored peanuts, peanuts cakes, peanut candy, peanut milk, peanut protein powder, rice pudding, and peanut sauce and cans and other products in the early period of the skin peeling processing.

※Features:

1. This dry way peanut skin peeling machine adopts pneumatic principle, it can remove the red skin of the peanut automatically without any damage.

2. This machine is used to peeling the red skin of peanut and pine nuts.

3. this peanut peeling machine has reliable quality, low breakage rate and excellent performance.

4. Peanuts need to be roasted or dried before being put into the peeling machine.

5. Automatic digital control, the surface of dry peanuts and pine nuts are smooth after peeling without injury.
