Continuous Automatic Nut Roasting Machine

Machine Introduction

Our continuous nut roaster is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of dry fruit and nut roasting operations. This versatile machine is particularly suitable for processing peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, and various other products. The stainless steel construction enables processing of both wet and salted products.

The roasting process utilizes forced air technology to ensure uniform and homogeneous product quality. The machine is divided into three distinct sections: feeding section, roasting section, and cooling section. Production capacity can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing roasting sections. Products move through all sections via a conveyor belt system.

The heating system operates on gaseous fuels including natural gas and LPG, equipped with comprehensive safety systems to ensure secure operation. The roaster features a PLC control board for quick and easy adjustment of processing parameters, with recording capabilities that allow monitoring and evaluation of the entire roasting process.

The machine provides equal heating and even forced hot air distribution through alternate heating from both bottom and top, guaranteeing premium roasting quality, consistent color, and proper moisture content in finished products.
