The Split Peanut Blancher is engineered to split roasted peanuts into halves or smaller pieces while efficiently removing the red skin through an air cyclone system. This advanced blanching process minimizes kernel breakage while ensuring thorough skin removal.

Complete Processing System

This integrated system includes a bucket elevator, blanching machine, and air cyclone to form a complete blanching solution. Available in two configurations: full stainless steel construction or stainless steel contact parts with painted carbon steel frame.
