High-capacity belt-type continuous frying system for peanuts, broad beans, green beans, and other food products with production capacity of 500-800kg/h

The Belt Type Continuous Frying Machine is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel and designed for continuous processing of nuts, meat, aquatic products, pasta, vegetables, and other food items. This versatile equipment efficiently handles peanuts, coated peanuts, broad beans, green beans, and various puffed products. The machine integrates multiple systems including transmission, oil tank, temperature control, slag discharge, and automatic oil replenishment.

This advanced frying system utilizes PLC-controlled oil pump and filtration circulation loops. Heat exchange occurs through a heat transfer oil heat exchanger, allowing precise control over oil volume at three inlet points and maintaining optimal frying temperature zones. The double-layer mesh belt ensures materials maintain full contact with hot oil during processing, while scrapers and synchronized mesh belt movement provide consistent forward material transport.
