The complete blanching line includes: hopper, vertical elevator, de-stoner, continuous peanut roaster/dryer, Z elevator, silo, 3+ blanchers unit, supporting base, air cyclone, cyclone pipes, sorting belt, dust collector, vibrating sifter, and electric cabinet.

The integrated system delivers high efficiency with blanching ratios exceeding 90% and split ratios below 10% under ideal drying conditions.

Light roasted peanuts are conveyed from vibrating discharge through bucket conveyor into blancher units. Through roller rotation and friction, red skins are removed and extracted by air cyclones. Blanched peanuts then proceed to sorting belts for quality control.

Multiple peanut blanchers can be integrated to increase processing capacity. Customized solutions are available to meet specific production requirements.
