Multifunctional Continuous Nuts Roasting Machine with PLC Control for Baking

High-capacity 300kg/h-500kg/h continuous nuts roasting machine for peanuts, hazelnuts and various nuts in processing plants.

Working Principle

This multifunctional continuous baking machine features a robust frame, conveyor belt, heating system, and hot air circulation system. The front hopper includes an adjustable baffle to control material layer thickness based on product permeability, ensuring uniform heat distribution. A frequency-controlled motor drives the conveyor belt, allowing stable speed adjustment across a wide range. Baking degree is precisely controlled through motor speed and temperature settings. The advanced heating and hot air circulation systems guarantee even heat distribution throughout the oven, with hot air flowing upward through the material from beneath the conveyor belt. The temperature controller provides automatic temperature regulation with high precision and stability during extended operation. Optimal baking results are achieved through proper coordination of material layer thickness, conveyor speed, and baking temperature.
