SUS304 Food Grade Coated Nut Snacks Making Machine with 500-1000kg/h Capacity for Nut Processing

This professional coating machine is designed for applying coatings to various nuts and beans including peanuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and other similar products. Manufactured from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, it ensures hygiene and durability for food processing applications.

Working Principle

The automatic coating machine features a base material feed hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. After precise metering, the batch is fed into the coating chamber which rotates and distributes the base material evenly across the chamber walls.

Coating solutions are applied via a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator powered by a positive displacement pump, while powder ingredients are circulated through a unidirectional dispenser. The dry material dispenser's cycle time is adjustable based on product type and ingredient quantities.
