Working Principle

The automatic coating machine features a base feed hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to the PLC-controlled weighing scale. Precisely metered batches of base material are fed into the rotating coating chamber, which distributes the base evenly across the chamber wall.

Liquid solution is delivered via positive displacement pump to a high-speed rotating disc applicator, while powder ingredients are distributed through a one-way alternating cycle system. The dry material distribution timing is optimized based on product type and ingredient requirements, ensuring consistent coating quality through precise batch control.
