The peanut butter cooler can cool the peanut butter to room temperature, realize the continuous output of hot peanut butter in and out of cold peanut butter, and the discharge port can be directly connected to the peanut filling machine.

The peanut butter cooler is usually connected to a peanut butter grinder or a peanut butter degassing tank. The temperature of the peanut butter after the grinder or degassing tank is high, and the temperature will drop rapidly after passing through the cooler before entering the next process. The cooling effect of the peanut butter is related to the length of the cooler. For machines of the same capacity, the longer the length, the better the cooling effect. When using the machine, in order to maintain the cooling effect, please pay attention to the water temperature and the number of cycles. If the water temperature is too high, please consider lowering the temperature or changing the water again.
