1. Baking: The continuous peanut roaster has an operating temperature of 150-180℃ and a baking time of 40-45 minutes.
2. Peeling: The red outer skin is removed by the friction of two rubber rollers and sucked out by the cyclone system. Most of the peanuts are peeled into half pieces or small pieces, and the bitter germ is separated by the vibrating screen at the bottom of the blanching machine. Finally, the blanched peanuts fall into the selection conveyor.
3. Primary grinding: The blanched peanuts first enter the primary grinder, and under the action of the spiral force, they fall into the limited size sand disc between the two discs and are ground by the high-speed rotating sand disc. The primary butter will flow into the storage tank and then pumped into the secondary grinder. The grinding fineness can reach 60-100 mesh.
4. Secondary grinder: The secondary grinder is used for fine grinding, and the grinding fineness can reach 150-160 mesh. And equipped with a water cooling system to reduce the temperature of the grinding chamber (including the primary and secondary grinders). The system must avoid overheating and provide sensitive components and easy-to-replace components.
5. Mixing tank: This storage tank adopts a double-layer structure and has two functions: stirring and making the butter more uniform. In addition, it can also significantly reduce the temperature of the butter. This storage tank must be equipped with a thermometer to measure the temperature.
6. Cooling: The butter is pumped into the cooler through the pipe inside the cooler until it reaches the ideal temperature. The cooler must be equipped with a temperature control device with a temperature range from the cooling temperature to 45-60 degrees Celsius.
7. Freezer: It is a key part of the entire equipment. When the freezer is working, it will produce cooling water (the water temperature can be set), and the cooling water will be divided into three ways: the first way provides cooling water for the grinder, the second way provides cooling water for the mixing tank, and the third way provides cooling water for the cooler. The cooling water can be reused, so there is no water loss. All connecting pipes in the cooling system are adopted
8. Degassing: Remove air to make the peanut butter more stable.
