This advanced air blanching machine utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling methods. It delivers exceptional performance with no powder residue and produces peanuts with smooth surfaces.

Product Overview

The complete system includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibrating screen, cyclone dust collector, and air compressor (self-provided). The equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding, peeling, red skin collection, discharge, and PLC control.

The peanut blanching chamber features a specially designed cavity structure. The main blanching machine automatically blows and releases according to programmed instructions to complete the blanching process. Achieves up to 98% peeling rate with whole peanut blanching rates exceeding 85%.
