With growing demand for high‑quality nut processing equipment, our Multifunctional Roaster adopts hot‑air circulating roasting technology for uniform peanut heating to replace traditional uneven roasting methods. Built with premium food‑grade stainless steel, it delivers reliable long‑time performance.

The complete set includes gas burners, blowers, blade‑type hot‑air distribution wheels, perforated stainless steel conveyor belt and cooling assembly. It consists of high‑temperature roasting zone, transition zone and cooling zone.

Three adjustable parameters help obtain optimized roasting results: roasting temperature 95‑180°C, conveyor belt speed 25‑40Hz, and material layer thickness 4‑10 mm. It realizes fully‑automatic continuous processing from raw peanut feeding to roasted peanut discharging.

During operation, peanuts rest on the perforated conveyor belt. Hot air from top burners is evenly distributed by blade‑type wheels, while bottom blowers create internal hot‑air circulation for thorough and uniform heating of every peanut. After roasting, peanuts pass through the transition zone into the cooling area, where high‑pressure ambient cold air removes heat and cools kernels down to room temperature. It supports diverse downstream production including whole kernel blanching, split peanut blanching, chopping, coating, peanut butter grinding, candy‑making and peanut frying.
