The main equipment includes continuous belt type roaster, silo, air peanut blanching machine, color sorter, and packing machine. Compared with traditional production lines, this system utilizes air peanut blanching technology instead of sand roller blanching.

The Air Peanut Blanching Machine employs high-pressure air to remove peanut red skin while maintaining the original color of the peanut without damaging the surface.
