Cycle times can be adjusted based on product varieties and ingredients. Raw materials are accurately batched by PLC weighing unit and sent into coating chamber. Rotation throws materials toward chamber wall. Liquid is pumped to spinning disc, while powder is added in alternate cycles via dry‑ingredient distributor.
