Product Description

Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel Continuous Belt Nut Roaster

This industrial-grade continuous belt roaster is engineered for demanding dry fruit and nut processing operations. Capable of handling 300-3000kg/h, it efficiently processes peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, and various other products including wet and salted items.

The roaster features three distinct processing sections: feeding, roasting, and cooling. Production capacity can be scaled by adding or removing roasting sections as needed. Products move seamlessly through all sections via an advanced conveyor belt system. The heating system operates on natural gas and LPG with comprehensive safety systems for secure operation.

Equipped with a sophisticated PLC control board for precise adjustment of processing parameters. The control panel includes real-time data recording for continuous monitoring throughout the roasting cycle. Uniform heating with alternating forced hot air distribution from top and bottom ensures premium roasting quality, consistent color development, and optimal moisture content.
