The Continuous Nut Roaster is engineered to meet demanding requirements for dry fruit and nut roasting operations. This versatile stainless steel machine processes peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, and more, including wet and salted products. Forced air circulation ensures uniform and consistent product quality.

The roaster features three distinct sections: feeding, roasting, and cooling. Production capacity scales by adding or removing roasting sections. Products move through all sections via conveyor belt system. The heating system operates on natural gas and LPG with comprehensive safety systems for secure operation.

Equipped with PLC control board for quick, precise adjustment of processing parameters. The control panel includes real-time data recording system for continuous monitoring and evaluation throughout the roasting cycle. Uniform heating with alternating forced hot air distribution from top and bottom ensures premium roasting quality, consistent color development, and proper moisture content.
