The specialized Peanut Blanching Chamber features a unique structural design. The main blancher automatically executes the blanching process through programmed blowing and release cycles. This technology preserves peanut surface integrity while achieving exceptional peeling rates up to 98%, with whole blanched peanut rates exceeding 85%.
