Industrial Hazelnut Peeling Machine

Customizable Air Peanut/Pistachio Blanching Machine With CE Certification

The Air Peanut Blancher Machine utilizes compressed air as the peeling power source, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. This advanced system includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (which can be provided by the customer). The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system.

Materials are precisely weighed in the weighing hopper via the feeder, then transferred to the peeling drum equipped with spiral pieces. Compressed air is injected into the peeling drum, causing materials to roll and rub against the spiral pieces to achieve optimal peeling results.

After the peeling process, materials are discharged into the vibrating screen where impurities are removed, resulting in perfectly peeled peanuts.
