Product Description

High-Efficiency Peanut Shelling Machine

Our industrial peanut shelling machine is engineered to efficiently process raw, sun-dried in-shell peanuts by separating the hard shells to obtain red skin peanuts. The system consists of two main components: a de-stoner for removing stones through gravity separation, and the shelling machine itself.

Operation Process

After stone removal, peanuts are conveyed to the shelling machine feed hopper. The rotating rasp bar working against the fixed grid notch-board in the first drum detaches shells from nuts. As materials pass through the ventilation tube, most shells are expelled while shelled nuts and remaining un-shelled peanuts proceed to the separating sieve. Kernels are directed to the outlet while un-shelled peanuts are conveyed to the second drum for repeated shelling against a thin grid notch-board, ensuring thorough separation.
