Customizable High-Yield Peanut Shelling Machine

Our industrial peanut shelling machine is engineered to efficiently process raw, sun-dried in-shell peanuts by cleaning, splitting the hard shells, and preserving the red-skin peanuts. The system consists of two integrated components: a de-stoning unit and a shelling machine.

The process begins with the de-stoner, which uses gravity separation to remove stones and debris from the raw peanuts. The cleaned peanuts are then automatically conveyed to the feed hopper of the shelling machine.

When peanuts enter the 1# drum, rotating rasp bars work against fixed grid notch-boards to detach shells from the nuts. As materials drop from the front sifter, ventilation tubes efficiently blow most shells out of the machine. Shelled nuts and any remaining un-shelled peanuts then proceed to the separating sieve, where kernels are directed to the outlet while un-shelled peanuts are routed to the 2# drum for secondary shelling against thin grid notch-boards.

The complete process ensures thorough separation of nuts from shells through multiple stages of precision engineering.
