High-output peanut shelling machine with 99% shelling rate from XT Brand, designed for nuts processing plants and industrial-scale operations.

Product Overview

This advanced peanut shelling machine efficiently processes raw, sun-dried in-shell peanuts by separating the hard shells while preserving the red-skin peanuts. The system consists of two main components: a de-stoner for stone removal and the shelling machine for efficient shell separation.

Working Process

Raw peanuts are first fed into the de-stoner where stones are separated by gravity. The cleaned peanuts then move to the shelling machine's feed hopper. In the first drum, rotating rasp bars work against fixed grid notch-boards to detach shells from nuts. Shells are blown out through ventilation tubes while shelled nuts and remaining un-shelled peanuts drop to the separating sieve. Kernels exit through the outlet while un-shelled peanuts proceed to the second drum for additional processing, ensuring thorough shell separation.
