Automatic Peanut/Cashew/Almond Chopping Machine with 500kg/h and Vibrating Screen for Nuts Processing

This advanced peanut chopping machine is engineered to precisely chop roasted peanuts into uniform pieces of various sizes. Designed specifically for split blanched peanuts, the resulting chopped products are ideal for doughnut toppings, ice cream garnishes, bread baking, sundaes, cookies, brownies, and salads.

The machine features a sophisticated two-stage chopping process. When split blanched peanuts are fed into the chopper via the vertical conveyor, the material undergoes initial coarse chopping in the first stage, then proceeds to the second stage where it becomes mixed granulators. The integrated vibrating sifter efficiently sorts the output into four uniform specifications, typically producing sizes of 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving a fine powder texture.
