Product Description

Food Grade Professional Peanut Chopping Machine

This professional peanut chopping machine is engineered to chop roasted peanuts into precisely sized pieces. Designed to process split blanched peanuts, the resulting chopped nuts are ideal for doughnut toppings, ice cream garnishes, bread baking applications, sundaes, cookies, brownies, and salads.

Two-Stage Chopping Process

Split blanched peanuts are fed into the chopper via a vertical conveyor, where they are first chopped into coarse grains by the initial chopping device. The material then flows into the second stage chopping mechanism, producing mixed granulators. With an integrated vibrating sifter, the output is sorted into four uniform specifications, typically divided into 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving a powder texture.
