2-Stage Industrial Peanut Chopping Machine

Cashew Chopping Machine

Automatic nut chopper designed for bakery, ice cream toppings, cashew, and almond processing applications.

Product Overview

This industrial peanut chopping machine efficiently chops roasted peanuts into various size pieces. Designed to work with split blanched peanuts, the final products are ideal for doughnut toppings, ice cream toppings, bread baking, sundaes, cookies, brownies, and salads.

Two-Stage Chopping Process

The machine features a sophisticated two-stage chopping system. Split blanched peanuts are fed into the chopper via a vertical conveyor, where they are initially chopped into coarse grains by the first chopping device. The material then flows into the second stage chopping process, becoming mixing granulators. With the integrated vibrating sifter, the chopped material is sorted into 4 uniform specifications: 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, and below 12 mesh (powder texture).
