PLC Controlled Continuous Frying Machine for Peanuts, Broad Beans & Green Beans

The Belt Type Continuous Frying Machine is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel and designed for continuous processing of various food products including nuts, meat, aquatic products, pasta, and vegetables. This versatile equipment excels in frying peanuts, coated peanuts, broad beans, green beans, and puffed products with precision and efficiency.

This advanced frying system integrates multiple sophisticated components including a transmission system, oil tank system, temperature control system, slag discharge system, and automatic oil replenishment mechanism.

The machine utilizes PLC control to manage the oil pump and oil filter system's circulation loop. Heat exchange occurs through a heat transfer oil heat exchanger, allowing precise control over oil volume at three inlets, temperature zones within the frying oil, and adjustment of various frying processes. Materials maintain full contact with hot oil while moving on the double-layer mesh belt, with both upper and lower mesh belts working in tandem to propel materials forward.
