304 Stainless Steel Automatic Coating Machine

Advanced PLC-controlled system for coating peanuts, green beans, and broad beans with syrup and flour mixtures.

Process Overview

The automatic coating system applies syrup and flour mixture to peanuts. Fines are removed through a sifting mechanism, and sifted peanuts are stored in a hopper. A vibrating feeder transfers peanuts from the hopper into the roaster, where they are roasted. After roasting, coated peanuts receive an oil spray before proceeding to the seasoning stage.
