This advanced automatic coating machine is designed for processing peanuts, flavored coffees, and sunflower seeds, effectively replacing manual operations with efficient automation.

Machine Operation Process

The automatic coating system applies syrup and flour mixture to peanuts. Fines are removed through a sifting mechanism, and sifted peanuts are stored in a hopper. A vibrating feeder transfers peanuts from the hopper into the roaster, where they are roasted. After roasting, coated peanuts receive an oil spray before proceeding to the seasoning stage.
