Customizable Split Nut Blanching/Peeling Machine for Roasted Peanut/Hazelnut

Our peanut blanching system features two specialized machines to efficiently remove red skins from peanuts. Choose between our whole nut blancher for intact peanut kernels or our split peanut blancher for splitting and blanching operations.

Whole Peanut Blancher

Designed specifically for blanching whole peanut kernels, this machine offers ease of operation, maintenance, and sanitation. It's the most widely used whole kernel blancher worldwide.

Split Peanut Blancher

This machine splits roasted peanuts into halves or smaller pieces while simultaneously removing red skins through an air cyclone system. The split blanching process effectively removes skins and can create broken peanut kernels. This complete system includes a bucket elevator, blanching machine, and air cyclone to handle the entire blanching process.
