Advanced Air Peeling Technology

Our Air Peanut Blancher Machine utilizes compressed air as the primary peeling mechanism, replacing traditional sand roller methods. This innovative approach ensures cleaner, more efficient processing with minimal product damage.

Complete system includes: hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling unit, red skin suction system, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (customer-supplied option available).

The integrated system comprises five main components: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system for automated operation.

Processing workflow: Materials are precisely weighed in the weighing hopper via the feeder, then transferred to the peeling drum equipped with spiral pieces. Compressed air injection causes materials to roll and rub against the spiral components, achieving optimal peeling results.
