Compressed Air Peanut Blanching Machine
Advanced Hazelnut Air Peeling Machine that utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. This innovative system ensures high efficiency and superior product quality.
Machine Overview
The Air Peanut Blancher Machine includes a comprehensive system with hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (can be customer-provided). The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system.
The Peanut Blanching Room features a specially designed chamber. The main blancher automatically executes the blanching process through programmed blowing and releasing cycles. This advanced technology ensures the peanut surface remains undamaged while achieving a peeling rate of up to 98%, with a whole blanched peanut rate exceeding 85%.
Operation Process
Materials are precisely weighed in the weighing hopper via the feeder, then transferred to the peeling drum equipped with spiral pieces. Compressed air is introduced into the peeling drum, causing materials to roll and rub against the spiral pieces to achieve optimal peeling. The powder and red coat generated during peeling are directed to the primary dust collection room through airflow, where dust is precipitated by internal wind rotation while the red coat is efficiently collected by the cyclone. After peeling completion, materials are discharged into the vibrating screen to remove impurities, resulting in perfectly peeled peanuts.
