Professional Continuous Nut Roasting Machine with PLC Control and 304 Stainless Steel for 3000kg/h Capacity

The Continuous Nut Roaster is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of dry fruit and nut roasting operations. This versatile machine is particularly suitable for processing a wide range of products including peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, and more.

Constructed from stainless steel, this roaster can also process wet and salted products. The forced air roasting process ensures uniform and homogeneous results across all batches.

The roaster is divided into three distinct sections: feeding, roasting, and cooling. Production capacity can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of roasting sections to match your operational needs.

Products are transported through all sections via a conveyor belt system. The heating plant operates on gaseous fuels including natural gas and LPG, and incorporates comprehensive safety systems to ensure secure operation.

Equipped with a PLC control board, this roaster allows for quick and easy adjustment of processing parameters. The control system includes data recording capabilities, enabling real-time monitoring and evaluation of the roasting process throughout production.
