Automatic Snack Food Coating System

This high-capacity 300-400kg/h automatic coating machine is specifically designed for coating various nuts and snack foods including peanuts, beans, cashews, almonds, and sunflower seeds with consistent precision and efficiency.

Machine Operation & Features

The system features a base product supply hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to the PLC-controlled weigh scale. Accurately measured batches are then fed to the coating chamber where rotation carries the base product to the chamber wall.

Coating solutions are introduced via a high-speed spinning disc liquid applicator powered by a positive displacement pump, while powders are delivered through a Uni-spense Dry Ingredient Distributor in alternating cycles. Cycle times are adjustable based on product type and the number of ingredients being applied.

Precise control of batch size, liquid delivery, and powder application ensures consistent quality and coating uniformity for finished products.
