High-capacity 800kg/h to 2000kg/h automatic groundnut dehulling machine designed for agricultural and industrial applications.

Operation Process

This fully automatic peanut shelling machine operates on 380V, 50Hz three-phase power and follows a systematic process:

Raw peanuts are fed into the destoner where gravity separation removes stones and debris
Cleaned peanuts are conveyed to the shelling machine's feed hopper
Shelled kernels and remaining unshelled peanuts pass through a separating screen
Kernels float to the surface and discharge through the output port
Unshelled peanuts enter a secondary roller system for further processing
Blower system and friction against mesh plates ensure complete shell removal
Final separation screen completely separates peanut kernels from shells
