Fully Automatic Single Station Peanut Coating Machine for Nut Processing Plants

This advanced automatic coating machine is specifically designed for processing peanuts, flavored coffee, nuts, sunflower seeds, and similar products. Featuring a PLC-controlled weighing system and precision dispensing mechanisms, it ensures consistent coating quality and operational efficiency.

Operation Process

The coating process begins with product delivery from a supply hopper equipped with a pneumatically controlled slide gate. A PLC-controlled weighing scale precisely meters batches of base material into the coating chamber. Rotation propels the material to the chamber walls while solutions are pumped via positive displacement pump to a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator. Powder ingredients are delivered through one-way dispensers in alternating cycles.
