Product Description

Fully Automatic Single Station Peanut Coating Machine for Nut Processing Plants Featuring Core Engine PLC Pump Bearing Gearbox

This automatic coating machine is ideal for coating peanuts, flavored coffee, nuts, sunflower seeds, and other products.
A supply hopper with a pneumatically controlled slide gate delivers the product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. Precisely metered batches of base material are fed into the coating chamber. Rotation propels the base material to the chamber walls.
Solutions are pumped to a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator via a positive displacement pump, while powders are delivered in alternating cycles via a one-way dispenser. Dry powder ingredient dispensers are also available. Cycle time depends on the product type and the amount of ingredients added.
