This automatic coating machine features a base material feed hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. Solutions are fed into a high-speed rotating disc-type liquid applicator via positive displacement pump, while powders are delivered via unidirectional dispenser in alternating cycles. Cycle time depends on product type and amount of added ingredients.
