※Description

Nut cooler mainly uses fan cooling system to cool roasted materials. It is mainly used to cool roasted grains, peanuts, cocoa beans, soybeans, sesame and other foods. The fan speed is adjustable, the higher the wind speed, the better the cooling effect

※Working principle
(1) Conveying principle: The reducer drives the driving wheel through chain transmission, and the driving wheel adopts a spline structure to drive the mesh belt forward.
(2) Cooling principle: The cooling fan inhales indoor air through the air inlet, inhales the mesh belt and materials under negative pressure, and penetrates the materials to the bottom of the mesh belt. The hot air enters the cooling fan impeller through the conversion box, blows out of the equipment through the fan, and discharges the heat.
