High-performance snack food coating machine designed for efficient production of breaded nuts and beans with precise coating application.

Working Principle

The automatic coating machine features a base feed hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate that delivers product to the PLC-controlled weighing scale. Precisely metered batches are fed into the rotating coating chamber, which distributes the base evenly across the chamber wall.

Coating solutions are delivered via positive displacement pump to a high-speed rotating disc liquid applicator, while powder ingredients are distributed through a one-way alternating cycle system. Cycle timing is optimized based on product type and ingredient quantities to ensure consistent coating quality.

Applications
