This automatic coating machine is designed for producing dough-coated peanuts, cashew kernels, bean kernels, flavored coffee, nuts, sunflower seeds and similar products with precision and efficiency.

Product Overview

The machine features a base material supply hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gates that convey product to a PLC-controlled weighing scale. Accurately metered batches are fed into the coating chamber where rotation distributes the base material evenly. Solutions are delivered via positive displacement pump to a high-speed rotating disc liquid applicator, while powders are distributed through a one-way alternating cycle system.
