The continuous nut roaster is designed to meet the requirements of excellence in the roasting of dried fruits/nuts. Various products such as peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, etc. can be supported.

The stainless steel structure of the multifunctional nut roaster also allows the processing of wet and salted products. The roasting is carried out through a forced ventilation process, which allows to obtain a pure and homogeneous product. The heating device of the roaster uses gas fuels such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and is equipped with a safety system to ensure the safe operation of the roaster.

The continuous nut roaster is equipped with a PLC control board and a system for recording various processing parameters; the recording of these parameters is visible at any time and allows to check and evaluate the roasting effect throughout the process.

The roaster uses a method of alternating bottom and top heating to heat evenly during the production process. This design guarantees the product to obtain excellent roasting quality, correct color and appropriate moisture.
