This electric continuous multifunctional peanut roaster uses hot air to evenly heat peanuts, enhancing flavor and enabling various production applications including whole peanut blanching, split peanut blanching, peanut chopping, peanut coating, peanut butter grinding, peanut candies, and peanut frying.
The roaster features three adjustable control factors for optimized results: roasting temperature (95-180°C/200-360°F), roasting belt speed (25-40Hz), and material thickness (4-10mm). It provides a continuous, fully automatic roasting process from feeding to finished product output.

Features progressive two-stage operation gas burner, hot air recycle fan, hot air distribution wheel/plate, and continuous roaster belt. This highly effective system optimizes gas resources, transforms energy into heat, and ensures even, stable heat distribution for slight drying or dark roasting purposes.
Transfers roasted nut material to cooling zone.
Cold air enters from wire mesh on top, with high-pressure cooling air fans removing heat energy through bottom channels. Roasted materials are cooled to room temperature before discharge.
Multiple feeding methods available:
- Z bucket elevator with big hopper (suitable for below ground or above ground feeding)
- Swing distribution conveyor belt (ideal for moist or sticky materials)

Online roasting belt cleaning with brushes positioned on one or both sides, depending on belt type.
Available with PLC or traditional button control panel featuring driven parts, gas burner flame control, air recycle fan, automatic temperature display and adjustment, roasting belt speed adjustment, gas off alarm, malfunction alarm, and step-by-step operation control.
