Structure of Industrial Peanut Fryer:

It is composed of a pot body, an insulation layer, a conveying system, a heating system, a filter system, and a smoke exhaust system.

(1) Pot body: The pot body is the core part of the machine. It is made of stainless steel and is easy to clean. The outer shell is also made of stainless steel.

(2) Conveyor system: mainly composed of conveyor belt, reducer and mesh belt frame. The mesh belt and bracket can be hoisted out of the pot as a whole, which is convenient for cleaning and maintaining the machine.

(3) Heating system: composed of electric heating tubes. Optional electric heating and gas heating.

(4) Circulating filtration system: equipped with high temperature oil pump, oil storage tank, oil filter, recyclable frying oil and filter residue.

(5) Smoke exhaust system: There are two exhaust ports on the side of the hood, which can discharge the smoke of the fryer into the pot.
