※Description:

Wet Peanut Peeling Machine is designed to take off the red skin of peanut. First raw peanut kernels are boiled in hot water to make out skin loosen, then feed into peanut peeling machine, fixed by the rubber roller, there are numerous blades on the rubber rollers, peanuts will be cut slightly, under the squeezing force, peanut and skin will be separated.

This is a specialized equipment to peel the red coat of soaked peanuts, almond, soybean, chickpea. It is widely used in the previous peeling process of fried kinds of nuts, spiced nuts, eight-treasure congee, pickled nuts etc. The peeled nuts will be kept whole kernel. The surface of the kernel will not be hurt and the protein will not be destroyed after peeling. The outer skin can separate with the kernel automatically while the machine is peeling and the machine is really high-efficient and easy to operate.

※Processing:

1.The broad bean peeling machine is mainly used to peel the soaked broad bean/fava bean. 

2.Before you peel the broad bean, you should soak the beans into water (common temperature) for many days.In summer, you should soak the beans into water for 2-3 days.In winter, you should soak the beans into water for 5-7 days.

3.Then pour the soaked beans into the hopper, the conducting bar will take the beans into peeling room.

4.The high quality rubber rings will remove the skin tenderly just like human hand.

5.The peeled beans will seperate from the skin automayically.
