Continuous Stainless Steel Nut Peanut Oven Roasting & Drying

The Continuous Nut Roaster is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of dry fruit and nut roasting operations. This versatile machine is particularly suitable for processing a wide range of products including peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, sweet potatoes, and more. Constructed from stainless steel, it can also handle wet and salted products. The roasting process utilizes forced air circulation to ensure uniform and consistent product quality.

The roaster is organized into three distinct sections: feeding, roasting, and cooling. Production capacity can be scaled by adding or removing roasting sections. Products move through all sections via a conveyor belt system. The heating system operates on gaseous fuels including natural gas and LPG, and incorporates comprehensive safety systems to ensure secure operation.

Equipped with a PLC control board, the roaster enables quick and precise adjustment of processing parameters. The control panel includes a data recording system that tracks processing parameters in real-time, allowing for continuous monitoring and evaluation throughout the roasting cycle.

The roaster provides uniform heating and even forced hot air distribution, utilizing alternating heating from both top and bottom. This innovative design ensures premium roasting quality, consistent color development, and proper moisture content in finished products.
